How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 4 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship Iron & Resin gear worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.
How do I care for my waxed canvas and raw denim?
To maintain the integrity of our rugged materials, we recommend spot cleaning only. Do not machine wash or dry clean waxed canvas. For raw denim, wash sparingly in cold water and hang to dry to preserve the unique wear patterns.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, we have a very small window for modifications. Please contact our customer service team immediately at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
